andro was founded in the late 1980s in Dortmund by German national team players Wilfried Micke und Ralf Wosik, who wanted to pursue a simple philosophy: Any individual player can and should find himself, independently from his own level, in the andro® range - the right material for every player. andro is a young brand, known for their vibrant colors and trendy marketing material, that aims to promote the future of table tennis and support the champions of tomorrow. The Rasanter series – with its trademark neon-green sponge – is andro’s flagship series and is offered in rotation- or velocity-centric versions with hardness levels ranging from 37 to 53 degrees. Hexer is andro's other main rubber line, which has featured interesting recent additions such as the Grip and Powergrip rubbers.
